CBRC Field Download for Real Flight

I have upgraded to g4.5 from g4. I downloaded the no runway file. I unzipped it to the data directory in RF. I have either done something wrong, or don't know what to do next.

Can anybody help me sort this out? I am a new member of CBRC, and would love to fly the field at home.

Hello
Start Realflight then goe to File Tab scroll down to import
click on the RF one which is the bottom one. This should open a box
Find your Downloaded Zip file and click ok it should oad the field
