Glider Flying
Is anyone planning on glider flying Sunday morning May 24? If so what time?

Usually when Rodger brings the winch, he is ready to go by 9:00 AM. I called Rodger this afternoon and talked to Susan to ask him if he was comiing out tomorrow. I have not heard back from him yet..
If the winch is out I plan on being there... Larry

It has been about 49 years since I last flew a sailplane. To test the waters after much reading I purchased a Parkzone Radian PNP, installed a Spektrum 6200 receiver and a TP1320 lipo. Maiden was a piece of cake as it flew right out of my hand. I flew 3 times and was in the air for just about an hour. A couple of really nice thermals were out and I had to bring the plane down when it almost disappeared in the sky. Was a great morning and I look forward to more soaring.
