Default Interesting Lesson Learned

Today I was out flying my electric Funtana. At intervals, it was making a terrible noise that sounded like a loose prop. At inspection, nothing appeared wrong.

A removal of the cowling showed the issue. Apparently, if the plane is moving slow, but the prop is moving fast, the cowl would fill up with air making the front of the cowl rub against the spinner back plate. I thought I had enough air vents, but I guess I was wrong.
